At REACT Air Ambulance, every patient transfer is a highly coordinated medical mission involving aircraft scheduling, aviation authorities, airport handling, international permits, medical crew deployment, ground ambulances, and specialized medical equipment. Once a mission is confirmed, substantial operational costs are incurred. The following policy governs all confirmed bookings.
A booking is considered confirmed only after:

If the patient, family, hospital, insurer, or authorised representative cancels or refuses transportation after :

REACT Air Ambulance shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or inability to perform a mission arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Where practical, REACT Air Ambulance will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative aircraft, revised departure schedule, or suitable operational solution.
REACT Air Ambulance reserves the right to substitute the scheduled aircraft with another aircraft of equal or higher capability if operational, technical, maintenance, or safety requirements necessitate such substitution.
Such substitution shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.
Mission departure times are estimated and may vary due to:
REACT Air Ambulance shall not be responsible for consequential losses arising from operational delays.
The attending physician, receiving physician, and REACT Air Ambulance Medical Director reserve the right to determine whether a patient is medically fit for air transport.
If transport becomes medically unsafe before departure, the mission may be postponed, modified, or cancelled in the interest of patient safety.
Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed after deduction of applicable cancellation charges and operational expenses.
Bank charges, foreign exchange losses, payment gateway fees, and intermediary bank deductions are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client shall remain responsible for costs incurred from third-party service providers, including but not limited to:
These charges may be payable even if the mission is cancelled.
REACT Air Ambulance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, travel expenses, accommodation costs, missed commercial flights, or any other financial loss arising from mission delays, cancellations, or operational changes.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
By confirming a booking and making payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Cancellation, Refund, and Operational Terms and Conditions in full.
